What we'll do ?

- 2 Maintain the confidentiality of any information you share with us.
- 3 Bill you according to the payment schedule in our contract.
What we expect from you:
- 1 Timely payment for our services as outlined in our contract.
- 2 Prompt provision of materials, feedback, or approvals needed for us to complete work on time per our agreement.
- 3 Ownership and rights to use any text, images, or other assets provided to us for inclusion on your site.
- 4 Reasonable opportunities to fix any bugs or issues that come up after launch at no additional cost.
Limitation of liability:
While we aim for great results, websites can never be perfect or completely secure. Our liability is limited to direct damages in an amount up to the fees you paid under our contract. We won't be liable for lost profits, revenue, or data or any other indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Termination:
We hope our partnership lasts for years to come! But you can terminate this agreement with written notice if you become dissatisfied. We may also terminate it if necessary with the same notice period.
Modifications:
